Because I mainly work from home, I would argue that I’m good at discovering pants you can last a full day in that aren’t of the sweatpant variety. The few I don’t feel ridiculous wearing while sitting at my dining table:

Gap Heavyweight French Terry Baggy Jeans. Are they jeans? No. Are they sweatpants? Also no.
Dynamite Alex Anywhere Scuba Pants. As the name suggests, you can wear these comfortably while WFC (working from couch) and when out to drinks, at brunch, running errands, and more. They’re also under $70.
Nelle Atelier Phillip Slit Pant. These are the most expensive of the bunch, but if you have a petite frame, you’ll be able to skip alteration fees. They have an elongating slit at the front of each leg.
