First Citizens agrees to buy Silicon Valley Bank

I made a mistake this morning in my top item in Axios Pro Rata about the First Citizens deal for Silicon Valley Bank. SVB's private banking business is included in the transaction (I wrote that it was not). Apologies for the error.
