Today I’m excited to announce that applications for the Reforge programs are now open.

I’ve worked closely with Brian Balfour (former VP Growth at HubSpot, now CEO at Reforge) to develop and host the Reforge programs. Here are the three upcoming programs for the fall:

Each Reforge program runs from September 11 to October 31. The last two seasons we sold out of seats and expect the same to happen this fall. I'm always thrilled to be involved, along with other contributors and hosts Casey Winters (CPO at Eventbrite), Shaun Clowes (SVP Product at MuleSoft) and Kevin Kwok (former investor at Greylock). I’ll be speaking, doing Q&A with guests, and co-hosting the events.
About the Reforge Programs
The programs are all invite-only, part-time programs. Each program requires a time commitment of 4 - 8 hours per week. They’re designed for Product Managers, Marketers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and UX/Designers in both B2B and B2C companies looking to accelerate growth in their companies and in their careers by developing a systematic approach to think about, act on, and solve growth problems.

What you’ll learn
The Growth Series is a comprehensive overview of the key topics in growth. The program is designed to help you accelerate growth of your product, company and your career by creating a prioritized list of retention strategies, building your quantitative growth model, and more.
Who should apply
The Growth Series is designed for practitioners who already know the basics of growth and are ready to take on the bigger challenge of thinking about the entire picture to form a coherent and compelling strategy. We recommend the Growth Series for individual contributors and/or those with less than a year working directly in Growth.

Past participants in Product Manager roles in particular have said this was essential for PMs and is the most applicable Reforge program yet.

About Advanced Growth Strategy
What you’ll learn
The Advanced Growth Strategy program focuses on the system to build a growth strategy for your company that's compounding, focused, and adaptable. You'll break down your current growth loops, identify the constraints on growth, and select methods to unlock those growth loops. You'll learn to communicate, implement, and evolve this strategy over time, giving your business "growth tailwinds."
Who should apply
Advanced Growth Strategy is best suited for roles involved in defining and influencing the growth strategy of the company. That typically includes Sr PM to VP Product, Sr Marketer to VP Marketing, and others (strategy leads, engineers, executives, etc.) working on growth initiatives. Participants with at least 5 years of work experience and/or at least 3 years working on growth initiatives will get the most out of the program.
